Shipping Coverage
BrushO ships to most countries and regions around the world. However, we currently do not ship to the following locations due to regulatory or logistical restrictions: Mainland China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Crimea region, Afghanistan, Belarus, Venezuela.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 USD (based on the amount you actually paid after discounts or promotions).
For orders under $49, a flat shipping fee of $9.90 USD will be applied at checkout.
BrushO reserves the right to update shipping fees based on regional logistics or policy changes. Any updates will be reflected clearly on the checkout page.
Shipping Warehouses
Orders will be shipped from the nearest BrushO fulfillment center—United States, Dubai, or Hong Kong—based on your shipping address for the fastest possible delivery.
Import Duties & Customs Fees
BrushO covers most standard duties and import taxes for the majority of shipping destinations.
However, in certain countries or regions, local regulations may impose additional customs clearance fees, handling charges, or import taxes that we are unable to prepay or absorb.
In such cases, these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will do our best to notify you in advance if your region typically incurs such charges.

Standard delivery time is 3–20 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or other external factors.
